Our 6 hepatology faculty members regularly rotate with the transplant hepatology fellows in both inpatient and ambulatory settings. Fellows will also work and collaborate closely with transplant surgery faculty and other multidisciplinary teams (medical / radiation / surgical oncology, abdominal and interventional radiology, GI / Liver Pathology, addiction medicine). The hepatology division is supported by dedicated hepatology nursing team and 5 hepatology advanced practice providers. University of Kentucky has an ACGME-accredited gastroenterology fellowship program, and the fellow will also work closely with gastroenterology fellows and faculty.
