Fellowship Faculty

Paula Bailey MD, MHA, SFHM, directs the executive leadership track. She is an associate professor in the department of internal medicine, associate division chief of the division of hospital medicine, and medical director of the Office of Patient Experience for UK HealthCare. Jagriti Chadha MD, MPH, FACP, FHM, is an associate professor in the department of internal medicine. She is assistant dean of competency assessment, clinical skills lead for one of the houses within the college's learning communities, and director for the Residents as Teachers program. She is medical director of physician development and chair of the orientation committee for the division of hospital medicine. She is running a two-year faculty development series. Her interests are coaching, mentorship, and faculty development.
