Kristen E. Fletcher, MD
Associate Program Director, Associate Professor of Medical Education and Medicine
Dr. Fletcher moved from northern Indiana to Lexington, Ky., at the age of 18 and fell in love with and in Lexington, which resulted in her gluttony of undergraduate, medical school, and residency training completion at the University of Kentucky. Her final year of residency, she served as med-peds chief resident, which was followed by an additional year in the role of internal medicine chief resident. She now serves as an academic hospitalist at Lexington Veterans Affairs Health Care, where she continues to exude her love of teaching residents the softer side of medicine and clinical reasoning. She and her otolaryngologist husband share two mini-mes: a sass-a-frass daughter and a chillax son. Outside of the hospital, she enjoys getting stamps on her passport, group fitness classes, and making the world a better place through micro-education "passion projects".
Devin Oller, MD, FACP
Associate Program Director and Director of the Primary Care Program, Assistant Professor of Medicine
Dr. Oller completed residency, a rural health leadership fellowship, and chief residency at Massachusetts General Hospital. As a board-certified addiction medicine specialist, he helped start UK’s Addiction Consult and Education Service (ACES) and is a co-investigator for the NIH-funded HEALing Communities Study. But his first love in medicine was—and always will be—primary care, and his favorite part of his job is teaching in the resident continuity clinic.
Dr. Oller is an aspiring farmer and (despite his California upbringing) an uninspiring surfer. He writes op-eds and even some fiction when the mood strikes. Ask him about bike commuting, vegetarian-friendly restaurants in Lexington, parenting, backyard chickens, and trail running.

She later served as chief resident and has supreme empathy for anyone in that role. She and her nephrologist husband have three kids and jokingly refer to this phase in their life as one of “joyful chaos.” She loves to plan travel almost as much as she loves to travel.
