Executive Summary

The department of internal medicine at the University of Kentucky is a leading academic and clinical enterprise, comprising 16 divisions with extensive experience in clinical trial execution, including early and late-phase pharmaceutical and device studies. 

We are actively seeking new partnerships with clinical research organizations and sponsors to advance translational and therapeutic research, particularly in diseases across the Commonwealth.

  • OnCore™ platform used for study management and tracking
  • Epic™ with clinical trials matching capability and real-world evidence integration

Clinical Trial Units and Facilities

  • Outpatient and inpatient access across Chandler Medical Center and Good Samaritan Hospital
  • Dedicated Clinical Research Unit (CRU) with infusion, labs, electrocardiogram (ECG), etc.
  • Investigational Drug Services (IDS)
