Welcome to the UK Division of Dermatology! Established in November 2025, the Division of Dermatology is a dynamic and growing program dedicated to delivering high-quality patient-centered care to the communities we serve. Under the leadership of Division Chief Wharton, the division is guided by a strong vision for clinical excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
Our team includes two board-certified dermatologists, and two advanced practice providers (APPs), bringing together more than 50 years of combined clinical experience. We provide comprehensive dermatologic care at the UK HealthCare Turfland Clinic, located at 2195 Harrodsburg Road, ensuring care for patients throughout Kentucky.
As the newest division within the Department of Internal Medicine, the Division of Dermatology is committed to advancing the field through research, innovative clinical practices, excellence in education and training, and exceptional patient care. Our physicians have clinical interests that include skin cancer, dermatopathology, Mohs micrographic surgery, as well as pediatric and cosmetic dermatology.
