Biography and Education
Biography
Amy Stuffelbeam earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (MSPAS) from the University of Kentucky College of Health Sciences in 2014. She is originally from Bellbrook, Ohio, and attended the University of Dayton where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Education and Allied Professions.
She started her career at the University of Kentucky in 2004 working as a Registered Dietitian specializing in nutrition support. While working as a dietitian she continued her education at UK where she earned a Master of Health Administration.
After completing her MSPAS degree, she joined the UK Gastroenterology team in 2014 with a special interest in Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD).
