A physician is on call after hours and on weekends in case of a medical emergency. If you need assistance after hours or on the weekend you can reach the physician on call at 859-323-5000. By calling this number, you are able to page him/her and your call will be returned. Federal regulations do not allow the grant pay for emergency room visits. However, if it is a true emergency you should go to your nearest emergency room or UK Medical Center.
