Welcome to the Department of Internal Medicine

It is my great honor and privilege to serve as chair of the University of Kentucky College of Medicine Department of Internal Medicine. Our department is the largest at the College of Medicine, representing over 1,000 individuals.

Together, we embody the tripartite mission of academic medicine: advancing exceptional clinical care, educating the next generation of physicians, and conducting transformative research that improves health outcomes across the Commonwealth and beyond.
