Q: What do you do clinically?

A: I am a physiatrist otherwise known as a physical medicine and rehabilitation medicine specialist with a love of caring for those with spinal cord injury, amputations, burn injuries, and neurorehabilitation in those with multiple sclerosis, Neuromyelitis Optica, Guillian Barre, and other rare neurological conditions. My practice consists of both inpatient as well as outpatient care. 

Q: What is one thing you love about your clinical specialty?

A: I love the ability to make a difference in patient's lives to be able to truly live their best lives functionally. 

Q: What is one thing you love about being an ADD?

A: Being able to teach others about the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation. 

Q: What is something you do outside of work to help you recharge?

A: I consider myself a foodie and love to cook. 

Q: Any advice for students who might be interested in your specialty?

A: Please come spend time with us on inpatient rounds or outpatient clinics to truly get a taste of the vast world of PM&R.
