Early Decision Program

The Early Decision Program gives medical school applicants the opportunity to secure an early admission decision from one medical school by October 1, while still allowing sufficient time to apply to other schools if you are not accepted. To apply through the Early Decision Program, applicants must follow AAMC guidelines. For early decision applicants, all supplementary materials including application form, application fee, and required letters of evaluation) must be received by the secondary application deadline. We cannot stress enough the importance of getting all your materials in and making sure your file is complete as early as possible. Early application allows for early screening of file materials.
