PARTICIPATE IN A RESEARCH SURVEY

Dear Medical Students at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine,

You are invited to participate in an academic research study called “Becoming A Doctor and The Opioid Epidemic.” It is a survey about opioid use disorder and various approaches and interventions to treatment. If you are 18 or older and currently enrolled in an MD program in the 2021 – 22 academic year, you are eligible to participate. 

About this Survey: 

• Participation is voluntary and completely confidential.
• The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.
• The first 300 respondents will receive a $5 Starbucks gift card for participating and additional respondents (301+) would be entered to win one of four $25 Amazon gift cards. All respondents will be entered to receive one of two $50 Amazon gift cards. 
• This study has been approved by the Institutional Review Board at the University of Nevada, Reno (#1796550-2)
