Radiology Chair - Dr. AJ Gunn

Message from the Chair

It is my privilege to welcome you to the University of Kentucky College of Medicine Department of Radiology.

As a vital contributor to patient care, education, and research, our department is proud to advance the health of the Commonwealth through world-class imaging services, robust training programs, and meaningful community outreach.

Radiology is central to modern medicine, and UK offers a clinical and academic environment that is unmatched in the region. As a leading academic medical center, a Level 1 trauma center, and home to both the Kentucky Children’s Hospital and the state’s only National Cancer Institute (NCI)-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center, UK provides exceptional opportunities for radiologists to contribute to high-acuity, multidisciplinary care. Our team plays an integral role across these programs, delivering advanced diagnostic imaging and image-guided therapies.
