Sayyada Hyder, MD
Dr. Sayyada Hyder, our 2025-2026 Glaucoma Fellow, brings a deep commitment to clinical excellence and academic inquiry. A graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Medicine, she completed her residency at Weill Cornell Medical College in New York, where she served as Chief Resident and contributed to a variety of research projects in glaucoma, neuro-ophthalmology, and oculoplastics. Dr. Hyder is passionate about surgical innovation and patient education, and her scholarly work spans peer-reviewed publications, national presentations, and book chapters. We are thrilled to have her back in Lexington as she continues her advanced training with us.
Roshni Dholkawala, MBBS
We are pleased to welcome Dr. Roshni Dholkawala as our 2026 – 2027 Glaucoma Fellow. She is a graduate of the Smt. Kashibai Navale Medical College, and completed residency training at Chandraprabha Eye Hospital and the Aravind Eye Hospital in India. She also has an extensive research background, most recently completing postdoctoral fellowship work at the Center for Advanced Vision Science at The University of Virginia.
