Magic of Music
Music can be powerful; it has a way of connecting with our emotions and can help us explore and express them when we don’t have words. Music can be happy, sad, angry, shy, tense, sensual, joyful, energetic, or lethargic. Studies show that playing music (or listening to music) in times of increased anxiety can help reduce anxiety and discomfort. Listening to music might be one of the easiest brain health exercises that you can do!
