Moving Your Body & Mind

We know that moving our bodies is incredibly important for our overall health and especially our brain health. Research shows that physical exercise improves our brain health and can help build new nerve cells!  There are so many benefits to keeping your body moving.  We hope that you can incorporate some of these activities into your daily routine.
