Memory Concerns

If you have concerns that your memory and thinking may be getting worse and you want to do something about it, there are several different ways we might be able to help! These could include a free brief memory screen as part of our community outreach program or a full evaluation in our Memory Clinic that would be billed to your insurance.

While the free community memory screens may be optimal for those without significant problems, for those with established diagnoses of mild cognitive impairment and or dementia of any type, we recommend a full clinic evaluation with ongoing clinical care and support.
