The University of Kentucky Center of Excellence in Rural Health partners and engages in research related to health disparities, health outcomes, health policy, and health care delivery systems. In addition, the Center studies workforce issues, in particular, the chronic shortage of health professionals in rural Kentucky. These findings are disseminated through publications and presentations.
