Center of Excellence in Rural Health Education Educational Programs The Center’s mission is to improve the health and well-being of rural Kentuckians. To help accomplish this mission, the Center continues to provide quality educational opportunities. In all, there are over 400 graduates from the Center’s academic programs, which are focused on curbing the health personnel shortages within rural Kentucky.
