The UK Center of Excellence in Rural Health hosted the 11th annual Appalachian Research Day: Come Sit on the Porch, on April 8, 2026, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., in Corbin, Kentucky. Appalachian Research Day is an annual conference that features podium presentations and poster presentations highlighting research being conducted in Appalachian Kentucky. The day also included a health and research fair and continuing education credit.
