Kentucky Homeplace’s 25th anniversary celebration highlights the dedicated community health workers and the services they have provided to help hundreds of thousands of rural Kentuckians live healthier lives.

OPERATION CHANGE PERRY COUNTY
In partnership with a national consortium of musculoskeletal experts, UK CERH became the nation’s first rural site for Operation Change, an 18-week health program that helps women affected by joint and mobility issues to lead healthier lives.  Watch this video to meet our graduates!
