Kentucky Homeplace Community Health Workers (CHWs) are working remotely to assist clients with a wide range of important services during COVID-19, including helping people complete their 2020 Census online.

Participating in the 2020 Census will help communities grow and thrive  because census results determine how hundreds of billions of dollars in federal funding flow into communities every year for the next decade.  Think of your local schools, firefighters, families in need, hospitals, plans for highways and more.  The results of the 2020 Census will help shape many different aspects of every community, no matter the size, no matter the location. Kentucky Homeplace CHWs can assist you over the telephone Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.  Click here to contact a CHW near you
