Community Leadership Institute of Kentucky Announces Funding Application
The UK Center of Excellence in Rural Health, the Kentucky Office of Rural Health, and the UK CCTS Community Engagement and Research Program are requesting applications for the Community Leadership Institute of Kentucky (CLIK), a 4-5 week intensive leadership development training program. The CLIK is designed to enhance research and capacity-building competencies in community leaders (e.g., directors, administrators, and other persons who play a key role in using data and decision making). There are 8-12 slots available for the 2015 class.
In addition, each participant’s organization will receive a $2500 grant for their participation in this competitive program and completion of their proposed project over a 12-month period. The participant’s organization must have 501c3 status or a designated lead fiscal agency (health agency or non-profit) to receive and manage the grant award.

Applicants Notified: September 11, 2015
Save the Required Training Dates (tentative): October 13, October 20, and October 27, 2015
Save the Optional Training Date for Technical Assistance/Mentoring/Networking (tentative): November 3, 2015
Save the Required Graduation Date (tentative): November 10, 2015
