Thank you for your interest in the Kentucky Ambulatory Network (KAN)!

Membership

Current members include primary care physicians, health care extenders, scientists, and public health experts throughout Kentucky and its bordering communities.

Membership in KAN is free. As a member, you will receive information on KAN activities and news and may be invited to participate in KAN research. Submitting the registration form will not obligate you to conduct KAN research projects.
