Interviews

At this time, we are currently in the process of reviewing applications for the 2022-2023 recruitment season and are continuing to send invitations to interview.  Please respond within two business days to accept or decline once you have received an invitation.  Please note that we will not be scheduling interviews during the weeks of the Thanksgiving holiday (11/21/22 - 11/25/22), Christmas holiday (12/26/22 - 12/30/22), or the New Year's Day holiday (1/2/23 - 1/6/23).

The virtual interview experience will consist of a one-hour social meet-and-greet session with residents and other applicants the night before interview day from 7 - 8 p.m.  On the day of the virtual interview from 8 - 11 a.m., applicants will have the opportunity to speak to our program director, associate program director, department faculty, and residents currently in the program. After the interview session concludes, applicants are invited to virtually attend our weekly afternoon Grand Rounds didactic session from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m.

Interviews

All interviews will be conducted virtually. There will not be any evaluation activities conducted in-person.  Virtual interviews will be scheduled between Oct. 12, 2022 and Feb. 15, 2023 and are scheduled by invitation only.  There will be a total of 16 interview sessions in all, with breaks taken during the weeks of the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day holidays.  For more information, please contact Medical Education Specialist Senior Joshua Ward (joshua.ward@uky.edu).
