The Healthcare Worker Loan Relief Program of the Commonwealth (HWLRPC) is designed to increase the recruitment and retention of healthcare professionals to practice in underserved areas of Kentucky.

Partnerships with healthcare organizations are very important in the recruitment and retention of healthcare professionals throughout the state.  We invite organizations to complete a partnership application at the link below to express interest in partnering with the UK Center of Excellence in Rural Health to provide placement for needed specialties/disciplines within your healthcare organization. 

Applications will be reviewed based upon the specific needs of the organization and meeting eligibility requirements of the HWLRPC. Someone will reach out after your healthcare organization’s application has been fully reviewed.
