Why did you choose the University of Kentucky?
UK takes care of the sickest of the sick. I knew by doing residency at UK, I'd be prepared to practice as a surgeon anywhere in the country. The surgery faculty and residents at UK were the best I worked with as a medical student.

Research Interests: Breast Oncology, Surgical Critical Care
