Candidates must be ABS-eligible for SCC boards. To apply, submit an application through the Surgical Critical Care and Acute Care Surgery Fellowship Application Service (SAFAS)  and register for the match process through the National Resident Matching Program Specialties Matching Service (NRMP Program Code #1848442F0).

Applications for the 2024-2025 academic year are now closed. Applications for the 2025-2026 academic year will be accepted through SAFAS beginning on March 1. Interviews will be held virtually on May 16, June 27, and July 18. Candidates selected for interviews will be contacted with additional details. At this time our program does not accommodate 'second looks'.

All applications are reviewed individually by program leadership and applicants accepted for interviews will be contacted. Program faculty have completed unconscious bias training as well as continued faculty development in the topics of mitigating bias in recruitment.

The fellowship program is considered off-cycle (academic year runs August 1 through July 31).
