Critical Care Fellowship
Applications are accepted from November through April. Interviews will be conducted from January through April. Applications are to be submitted through the SF Match CAS.
Adult Cardiothoracic Fellowship
Applications are accepted from November through January. Interviews will be conducted in February and March.
Applications are to be submitted through the SF Match CAS.
Pain Medicine Fellowship
Applications are accepted beginning in November. We conduct interviews in late April and early May. We use ERAS for applications and we participate in the NRMP Match. Additional dates and deadlines for the Match can be found through the NRMP website.

Advanced Practice Provider Fellowship
Applications will be posted in September 2022 for July 2023 start dates on the University of Kentucky jobs site.
