Join us for the next Virtual Dementia Care program! This quarterly education program will focus on the importance of advanced directives.
The program will help connect you with statewide dementia experts and available resources. It offers flexibility with a live quarterly zoom conference and all information available via our website: www.dementiacaregiver.createuky.net.
