Kentucky Homeplace will commemorate their 30th anniversary on Aug. 30, 2024, with a celebration at the UK Center of Excellence in Rural Health (UK CERH). Kentucky Homeplace was established by the UK CERH in 1994 and is recognized today as Kentucky’s longest-running community health worker program, with CHWs serving clients across a 30-county region of Kentucky.
