Interview Dates

All interview dates will be held virtually via Zoom. A notice of the Zoom link will be sent directly to applicants.
Categorical interview dates for the 2024-2025 cycle will occur:

  • Thursday, November 7th
  • Thursday, November 14th
  • Monday, November 18th
  • Friday, December 6th

*Categorical interview days begin at 6:45 am EST with a welcome from our program director and will end around noon EST. 

**Preliminary Surgery Intern interview dates are tentatively scheduled for January 2025; a specific date is yet to be determined.

  • USMLE scores – mandatory pass on first attempt*

    • Medical school transcript
    • MSPE (dean's letter)

    • Three letters of recommendation
    • ECFMG certificate (if applicable)
    • E-mail address – we will respond to all questions via e-mail
    • Recent medical school graduate (e.g., within the past four years)
    • Our institution sponsors the J1 visa
    • No United States experience required for international medical graduates (IMGs)

 *USMLE transcripts are required. Please request your official transcripts from NBME and upload them with your ERAS application.
