Biography
Dr. Sharoon Qaiser is a graduate of King Edward Medical College in Lahore, Pakistan. He completed a residency in pediatrics and child neurology at the University of Kentucky and a pediatric headache fellowship at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and Medical Center, the largest pediatric headache program in the world. Qaiser practices at the Kentucky Neuroscience Institute (KNI) at UK HealthCare and serves as director of the new Children & Young Adult Headache and Research Program, the only multidisciplinary headache clinic in the region focused on children, teenagers and young adults ages 25 and younger.
Qaiser’s clinical focus and personal passion is treating headaches in children and young adults through a multidisciplinary approach. He is a prolific researcher and has been published in multiple journals.
