Why did you choose the University of Kentucky?
I felt extremely welcomed and supported during the virtual interview. This was the only program that truly asked me about myself and my hobbies. The diversity of faculty, the focus on progress, and emphasis to broaden resident experiences made this the right program for me.
What do you like about your program?
I really appreciate my coresidents. I am thankful that we all make an effort to be there for each other not only professionally, but personally as well. Furthermore, I am grateful for the support I get from faculty to pursue professional opportunities.
What are your hobbies?
I enjoy dancing, trying new restaurants and bars, and going on spontaneous day trips. I recently started going to Orange Theory Fitness and Cyclebar, and it has quickly become a great way for me to release stress while also hanging out with my friends. My family lives in Cincinnati, and we visit each other often as well. I also am a big Bollywood and true crime girly, and most nights I watch Law and Order SVU before I sleep.
