Graduate Medical Education Resources Resources Student Loan Verification Request Request Loan Verification UK house staff (residents/fellows) can submit their Student Loan verification of training forms to the GME office through the link above. A blank Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF): Employment Certification Form can be found here. The GME team will complete the verification of your training and provide the completed documents back to you. It is your responsibility (resident/fellow) to then transmit the completed form to your lender for processing. Please allow up to one week for GME completion. Residents/Fellows must submit request for reimbursement within 30 days of the transaction or within 30 days of new-hire date. It is the responsibility of the Resident/Fellow to seek reimbursement. GME Residency and Fellowship Verification Requests Verification Information GME can verify residency and fellowship training programs. All verification requests must be in writing and include a signed release. You may send requests to UK GME Verification Portal. Use the portal to request training verification for trainees from 1998 to the present. For verification requests for a trainee who completed training prior to 1998, email your request to email@example.com. GME can only verify dates of training. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week anywhere on campus for all valid UK parking permit holders and campus patients and visitors.
