This event features drop-in sessions designed to fit within the workday, giving you the opportunity to recharge and build connections across departments.
Engage in meaningful discussions led by UK colleagues and professionals sharing their wellness practices and resources with you! In-person and Zoom options are provided to encourage participation with our colleagues working at regional campus locations as well!
Why Attend?
- Recharge and Refocus: Step away from your daily routine to be curious and refresh.
- Enhance Well-Being: Learn strategies for better mental and physical health.
- Networking: Build relationships with colleagues across departments.
We encourage you to participate in at least one session.
Since registration is required and some sessions have limited capacity, we recommend signing up early.
