Assistant, Associate or Full Professor Positions Now Available Cardiovascular Research Department of Physiology University of Kentucky Lexington, KY The Department of Physiology within the University of Kentucky College of Medicine is seeking candidates for full time tenure track faculty positions at the ASSISTANT, ASSOCIATE or FULL PROFESSOR levels. The primary focus of these recruitments will be investigators with expertise in cardiovascular research. However, applications will also be considered in other areas of departmental strength including neuroscience, metabolic diseases and aging. The appropriate candidates will have doctoral degrees (PhD, MD, etc.) in a related field and will have acquired excellent academic credentials for their career stage. Successful candidates will be expected to establish an extramurally-funded research program. Candidates also will contribute to the teaching, advising, research and service missions of the Department and College. The Department’s research is enhanced by a highly collaborative environment with multiple Colleges. UK is one of only a handful of academic medical centers in the nation that have all health profession schools on one campus: Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health and Health Sciences.
