Now Accepting Applications for Post Doctoral Scholar Position
A postdoctoral scholar position is available in the Saha Cardiovascular Research Center to study vascular physiology and cardiovascular disease in the lab of Dr. Scott Gordon, Ph.D. The Gordon lab focuses on the role of lipoproteins in vascular inflammation and atherosclerosis. Our highly translational research projects range from in vitro cell culture experiments, to in vivo animal studies, to human gene association studies. Responsibilities of the position include working with Dr. Gordon to conduct NIH-funded research on the role of lipoproteins in modulation of vascular inflammation. This includes designing and conducting experimental studies within an interdisciplinary team, and organizing, analyzing, and presenting experimental data.
