General Patient Instructions
Patients who have never been treated at the University of Kentucky should arrive 20-30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. Patients are asked to provide insurance coverage information along with a list of current medications. Patients are advised to contact their insurance provider to confirm the University of Kentucky Otolaryngology Clinic is within their network. Outside physician referrals are not necessary to make an appointment. However, patients requiring referrals for insurance purposes should provide the necessary information from their primary care physician.
