We are happy to announce that Heather Madison has joined ENT as the new Practice Manager. Heather has been with the University of Kentucky HealthCare team for 14 years and the practice manager for CT Surgery for 8 years. Heather has an extensive history in Healthcare operations to include CT Surgery, Dental practices, and on the payer side.
In her new position, Heather will work directly with Dr. Raleigh Jones as the medical director, clinical leaders, faculty, and the ENT Department. She will maintain direct oversight of access, quality, finances, regulatory requirements, diversity and team-based care in all clinical operations. In addition, Heather will maintain an effective overall organizational structure that ensures accountability and goal attainment. Heather will approach each day by ensuring she serves staff and patients, solves problems, and innovates for the future.
