Dr. Lindsey Conroy received her PhD in biochemistry and molecular genetics from the University of Louisville in 2020. Following her doctoral training, Dr. Conroy joined the University of Kentucky as a postdoctoral fellow in the laboratory of Dr. Ramon Sun in the UK College of Medicine Department of Neuroscience. During this time, her research focused on complex carbohydrate metabolism and its role in health and disease, and she was awarded fellowships from the National Cancer Institute and the American Cancer Society for her work. Dr. Conroy is currently the publications manager for Insulet Corporation where she utilizes her research background and medical writing expertise to develop and implement the organization’s global publication strategy.
