UK's BioMotion Lab
The Biomotion Lab in the UK College of Health Sciences studies how movement and muscle dysfunction affect pain and function within injured orthopedic populations. The overarching goal is to develop innovative and effective treatments to improve the quality of life for patients with lower extremity orthopedic injuries.
UK Sports Medicine and the Biomotion Lab have partnered up to look at new ways to treat patients. Research includes: BFRT, SMACK, and Myostatin.
