Sports Medicine Fellowship Structure
The University of Kentucky's Sports Medicine Fellowship is structured as three rotations of four-month blocks. In each of the four-month blocks, our fellows will deliver care to a wide range of patients: follow-up, pre-op, post-op, non-op, and athletics. Each of the three rotations has a specific focus and are designed to help the fellow learn and feel confident in becoming a well-rounded sports medicine physician.
Drs. Johnson and Duncan Rotation
The Johnson and Duncan rotation is focused primarily on knee ligament reconstruction and meniscus preservation.

Drs. Stone, Wilson, and Ireland Rotation
The Stone, Wilson, and Ireland rotation highlights cartilage restoration, patellar stability, and general sports medicine.
