Apply to the Sports Medicine Fellowship

Fellowship Application Process

To apply for the sports medicine fellowship, please submit all requested materials through SF Match, a third-party application service. Information on the application process, including requirements and deadlines, can be found on their website here.

• Visit the SF Match website to register as an applicant.
• Fill out a Central Application Service (CAS) application form, provide the required documents, and select our program for distribution.
• The deadline for receiving applications is December 1.

Interviews

Candidates will be contacted for personal interviews, which are conducted January – March for the fellowship beginning August 1 of the following year.
