On May 7, 2021, the UK Emergency Medicine family gathered together to celebrate the impressive career of Dr. William F. Young, Jr. The North Carolina native has served the Lexington area and beyond as a staple in the UK ED since 1996.
Under his tutelage as faculty member, he trained 180 emergency medicine resident physicians.
Thank you, Dr. Young, for your service to UK Healthcare, its patients, and your colleagues and friends in Emergency Medicine. You will be truly missed!
