1) Behavioral Effects of Drugs: (#37)

This outpatient study is determining the effects of opioid use on a decision-making task using functional-MRI (fMRI). You may be eligible if you use opioids daily or near-daily, get sick when you stop taking opioids, are between the ages of 18-50 and do not have significant medical problems.
This study is also seeking to determine decision making using fMRI in healthy controls who do not use substances. You may be eligible if you have no current substance use, are between the ages of 18-50, and do not have significant medical problems.

2) Behavioral Effects of Drugs: (#42)

This inpatient study is evaluating changes in cocaine-associated behaviors following medication maintenance. You may be eligible if you currently use cocaine, are between the ages of 18-55, and do not have significant medical problems.

3) Behavioral Effects of Drugs: (#43)

This inpatient brain-imaging study evaluates the changes in behavior and brain glutamate following medication maintenance in opioid-using individuals with a history of cocaine use. You may be eligible if you use opioids daily or near-daily, currently use or previously used cocaine, are between the ages of 18-55, and do not have significant medical problems.
