Faculty Development Resources
As you seek various opportunities to grow and develop in your career, we are here to help. UK offers a number of programs that may meet your interests. These range from full programs such as the Executive Leadership Program and Professional MBA program to a series of no-cost professional development programming workshops.
In addition, there are numerous national resources that may be of interest including programs offered by the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), Harvard University, national specialty societies, and others. Most of these programs have a cost and time commitment. Our office strives to provide financial support to faculty to attend some of these national programs. When we do have support available, we will hold an open call for nominations and select faculty for support via an internal application process.
Workshops
We offer a variety of workshops and development opportunities for our faculty.
