The Home Page for CURE-KY Events

Welcome to the CURE-KY Events Hub, where we highlight upcoming and ongoing opportunities to engage with the vibrant infectious disease research community at the University of Kentucky and beyond.

CURE-KY is a multidisciplinary consortium made up of researchers, clinicians, and students from the Colleges of Medicine, Public Health, Pharmacy, Agriculture, Food and Environment, and Engineering at the University of Kentucky. With over 300 active members, our mission is to advance infectious disease research, foster collaboration across institutions, and promote innovation in public health and clinical practice.

Through a diverse slate of events, CURE-KY brings together scientists at every career stage. Our signature events include the Midwest Virology Symposium, an annual regional gathering of virology experts; Infectious Disease Day, a university-wide research showcase; and Cornerstone Gatherings, monthly networking meetings that help connect faculty and trainees based on shared research interests.

Be sure to check back regularly for the latest event updates — we look forward to seeing you at an upcoming CURE-KY event!
