Why did you choose the University of Kentucky?
UK provides a great sense of resident camaraderie and very high operative volume. Many faculty are visibly invested in resident education and the city of Lexington provides a family-friendly environment where my wife and two children have been able to thrive.
What do you like about your program?
The number of reps I will have in the OR with "bread and butter" cases to aid in the significant transition from resident to attending responsibilities.
What are your hobbies?
Family day trips, gardening, tennis, golf.
