Lincoln Shade

I graduated from Lipscomb University in 2016 with a B.S. in Biochemistry. I recently defended my dissertation for the  Epidemiology and Biostatistics PhD program, which focused on identifying genetic risk factors of neuropathological and imaging-based endophenotypes of dementia. I chose UK because of proximity to family, access to a plethora of neuropathology data through the Sanders-Brown Center on Aging, and the flexibility the MD/PhD program gave in choosing PhD programs.
