Interview Invites

Prospective students selected for an interview will be contacted by e-mail. The interviews are conducted virtually on selected dates between October and December.  

Interview Days

The interview day begins with an introduction with the program director. The rest of the day consists of formal interviews with members of the Internal Advisory Steering Committee and a series of informal meetings with faculty of the applicant's interest. Instead of having lunch with the current students/faculty members, interviewees will receive a USB with helpful information about Lexington and UK, more details about the MD/PhD program, and videos from each current student.

Following the interview, you will have a chance to interact with current MD/PhD students at relaxed happy hours via Zoom. This is a great time to get insight into the program from the perspective of current students in all training phases.
